Swap a top...

I was off ill the week we needed to start doing things like advertising and sorting out what exactly we would be doing. So Katie was lumbered with the tedious task of sorting all that out (sorry Katie lol).
However, kaite did a fantastic job...and she was hungover when she did it!

Changes...

While we thought it was a good idea to do the St. Patricks Day theme, when Katie and I sat and spoke to our group they outlined a few problems that they thought would arise with our theme.
This was really beneficial to us because they were right, the paddy's day theme looked set to fail.
Then we had to decide on another idea. Its was sort of tricky to think of something else, but we decided to do a swap a top event.
It had way more pros than cons and it was soooo easy to set up.

Initial ideas...

We had to start thinking of ideas of what to do for our business...
We came up with a few ideas, we thought of doing stuff for mothers day etc and we also thought of buying loads of cheap t-shirts, printing on them and then selling them.
But finally we decided to do things for St. Patricks Day. We decided we were going to make little novelty headbands and badges and little things like that. We all think its a good idea...hopefully.
I think it could be successful, if we advertise it right. and advertise to the right people. Also it would be great if we could get near the drunk people of paddy's night because theyll buy anything thats shiny or glows in the dark haha
